Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner
“slowcorner-32’s team is now running on operational credits — production
deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows 30 of 30 credits available. The entire
balance is labelled Operational credits, which means it can never be
spent on production deploys, so I am blocked from publishing any updates.

This matches the known July–September 2026 stuck operational-credits flag
reported by several other Free plan teams in this forum. Could you please
reset the flag and re-enable production deploys?
