Title: Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused with 30/30 credits available
Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan, and the dashboard shows the banner “sopa-r6000’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon next to the number), so the balance has barely been touched. My billing period only started on Aug 24, so it is far too early in the cycle for credits to be exhausted.
This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag bug that several other Free plan teams have reported since July 2026.
