Hi Netlify Team,
I am currently on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows 29.6 of 30 credits remaining, so I have used almost nothing this cycle.

This matches the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
