Hello Netlify Support,
My Free plan team appears to be stuck in the “operational credits” state.
Team: infotubcor’s team
Site: cute-kashata-8918ee
Plan: Free
Billing period: September 12 – October 11, 2026
Credits available: 27
The Usage & Billing page shows 27 credits available, but the dashboard says:
“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
My published site is still accessible, but new production deploys are paused even though credits are still available.
Could a Netlify staff member please check whether my team is incorrectly stuck in the operational-credits state and, if appropriate, reset the flag and re-enable production deploys?
I do not want to upgrade the plan if this is an account-state issue.
