The team dashboard shows “MilbyManor is now running on operational credits —
production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”. However, Usage & Billing
shows credits still available, so the account has not actually exhausted them.
CLI deploys fail with:
JSONHTTPError: Forbidden
at parseResponse (@netlify/api/lib/methods/response.js:34:39)
at async deploy (netlify-cli/dist/commands/deploy/deploy.js:1017:33)
Published sites remain live; only new production deploys are refused.
This appears to be the known July/August 2026 credit-flag issue affecting Free
plan teams — there are a number of identical reports on this forum this month.
Please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for this team.
