Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and production deploys are currently paused.
The dashboard shows:
“tarrasbsd’s team is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
Plan: Free
Credits available: 30
Concurrent builds: 0/1
Billing period: August 13 – September 12
The published sites are still live, but I cannot deploy updates.
Could you please check whether my team is affected by the operational-credits stuck flag and reset it if necessary so production deploys can resume?
