I got moved into forms level 1 on one of my sites automatically and it is not letting me go back down to level 0. The usage shown in the forms settings is well below the free limit. Is there anything I can do to drop back down to level 0?

Thanks so much for reaching out. We cannot downgrade you now, as you have exceeded the 10MB of file uploads on forms level 0. Looking at your account, it looks like 12MB have been used so far.
At the end of this current billing cycle, you should be able to downgrade in the UI. Let me know if this answers your questions!
