“Hi Netlify Support, I am on the Free plan. I was shown a dashboard popup promising 400 promotional credits to try AI Mode. Based on that promise, I ran a few deploys and tests that burned through my remaining credits, but the promised 400-credit bonus was never deposited. Because this was caused by a faulty promo UI, could a support engineer please manually credit my account back for those builds and apply the 400 promo credits I am owed?”
