Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and I’m seeing the banner “Gift is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
When I try to force a new production deploy, I get: “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available for the current billing period (Jul 30 – Aug 29).
This matches the stale credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently on this forum.

Thanks for the reply, but I think it may have been posted on the wrong topic — it refers to an app called “Sportin AI Pro” and an Instagram account, which isn’t related to my situation.
Just to recap my original issue: my team (Gift, slug: peudevin-ms, Free plan) is showing “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added,” even though my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available for the current period (Jul 30 – Aug 29).
Could someone from the Netlify team please take a look and reset the flag so I can resume production deploys?
