Free plan: deploys blocked by "credit usage exceeded" but 0 of 300 credits used

Hello,

My team (slug: tatyanakim-0681, Free plan) cannot deploy any site.
Every deploy attempt returns:

{“error”:“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked
until credits are added”}

At the same time, the account API reports that no credits have been
spent at all:

credits: { included: 300, used: 0 }
usages_exceeded: []
sites_with_usage_exceeded: []
current_usage_period_start: 2026-08-16
next_usage_period_start: 2026-09-16

So the block does not match the actual usage. This looks like the
stale “credit usage exceeded” flag that other Free plan users have
reported on this forum recently.

Could you please reset the flag on my team so I can deploy again?
My published sites are still online, only new deploys are blocked.

My team (Sadie Professional Website, Free plan) cannot deploy any site.
Every deploy attempt returns:

credits: ( included: 300 credits/month)
Production deploys - 45 credits
AI interference - 522.5 credits
Web requests - 0.1 credits
Compute - 46.4 credits
Bandwidth - < 1 credit
Total credits consumed - 613.9 credits

I am unsure why it is sowing 522.5 credits for AI interference. I have only 2 projects and most of the coding has been done through Claude.

So the block does not match the actual usage. This looks like the

Could you please reset the flag on my team so I can deploy again?

Hello Netlify,

I was incorrect about the above credit usage exceeded flag (Team: Sadie Professional Website). In all honesty, I didn’t realize an AI-agent-based deploy would consume this many credits.

I understand now and have read through the pricing and cost breakdown, that AI inference costs are calculated based on my AI model usage. Moving forward I will make sure to not utilize an AI-agent based deploy to conserve credits.

Is a one-time courtesy adjustment possible?

I am experiencing the same issue described in this thread. My Free plan is showing that production deploys are paused because of operational/credit usage, even though my account still shows credits available.

My existing site is online, but I am unable to publish new production deploys.

Could you please check whether my team has a stuck or stale “credit usage exceeded” flag and reset it if necessary so I can deploy again?
