Hi Netlify team,
My production deploys are blocked with the error “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”. However, my account API shows usages_exceeded: [] and sites_with_usage_exceeded: [] — no usage has actually been exceeded. This matches the stale credit-flag bug other Free plan teams reported this month.
