Hi Netlify team,
All production deploys on my team are blocked with the error “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”, and I see the banner “apprecia-t is now running on operational credits”. However, Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available with a warning icon next to the balance, and 0/1 concurrent builds, so the block does not match my actual usage. This looks like the same stale credit-usage flag several other Free plan teams have reported recently.
