Hi Netlify team,
My team’s production deploys are blocked with the error:
{“error”:“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”}
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 74.4 of 300 credits still available for the current billing period. A production deploy costs 15 credits, so I should have enough for four more deploys.

- Affected site: peppy-dieffenbachia-b3ad96
- Deploys are made via the Netlify API from a GitHub Actions workflow. The first rejected deploy was around 18:30 UTC today; earlier deploys the same day went through normally.
This matches the known stale “credit usage exceeded” / operational-credits flag issue reported by several other Free plan accounts since July, where deploys are blocked despite credits being available.
Could you please reset the flag on my account so I can deploy again?
