Stuck "run out of credits" banner with 30/30 credits remaining

Title: Free plan blocked by “run out of credits” banner with 30/30 credits remaining

Hi Netlify Team,

My account’s production deploys are currently disabled by the red banner stating that my team has run out of credits.

However, my Usage & Billing dashboard shows that I have a full balance of 30 credits remaining and no active usage. This appears to be the known stale credit flag issue currently affecting Free plan accounts following the recent credit migration.

Could a support administrator please look into my account and manually clear the suspension flag?
