Hello Netlify Support,
I purchased credits to use the AI Agent to build a website for my company, Imperial Luxury Projects LTD.
The AI Agent consumed all available credits but failed to deliver a working website.
Several runs were cancelled or failed, while others consumed credits without producing usable files in the connected GitHub repository.
The repository remained almost empty (only README.md), despite multiple AI Agent runs.
Eventually, the dashboard displayed:
“Agent runs are paused because this team has exceeded the credit limit.”

I successfully connected GitHub and Netlify, but the AI Agent consumed my credits before delivering the requested website.
Could you please review the agent runs and credit consumption and advise whether credits can be restored or refunded for failed runs?
