Production deploys blocked by stale “credit usage exceeded” flag despite 330 credits available

Hi Netlify team,

My team account (crackersshoppingwebsite) has already entered the new billing cycle, and the Billing page now shows 300/300 credits available for the current period (Jul 11 – Aug 10).

However, my team is still stuck in the paused state.

The dashboard still displays the banner:

“This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused.”

As a result:

  • Production sites still show “Site not available”.
  • The Trigger deploy button is disabled for all projects.
  • I cannot trigger new production deployments.
  • Existing sites remain inaccessible.

One affected site is:

  • Netlify site: tirumalasetty-sashi-pavan.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: gunturmadampickles.live

I have already confirmed that:

  • The billing cycle has reset.
  • Credits are 300/300 available.
  • Current usage is 0 credits.
  • Logging out/in and refreshing the dashboard did not resolve the issue.

I found several forum posts describing a similar issue where the billing cycle had reset but an internal paused/credit flag was not cleared automatically.

Could someone please check whether my team still has a stale paused flag and manually refresh or unpause the account if needed?
