Hi Netlify team,
My team account (crackersshoppingwebsite) has already entered the new billing cycle, and the Billing page now shows 300/300 credits available for the current period (Jul 11 – Aug 10).
However, my team is still stuck in the paused state.
The dashboard still displays the banner:
“This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused.”
As a result:
- Production sites still show “Site not available”.
- The Trigger deploy button is disabled for all projects.
- I cannot trigger new production deployments.
- Existing sites remain inaccessible.

I have already confirmed that:
- The billing cycle has reset.
- Credits are 300/300 available.
- Current usage is 0 credits.
- Logging out/in and refreshing the dashboard did not resolve the issue.
I found several forum posts describing a similar issue where the billing cycle had reset but an internal paused/credit flag was not cleared automatically.
Could someone please check whether my team still has a stale paused flag and manually refresh or unpause the account if needed?
