Hello Netlify Support,
My team appears to be stuck in a paused state even though the billing cycle has already reset.

Issue:
My previous billing period was:
Jun 11, 2026 – Jul 10, 2026
My current billing period is:
Jul 11, 2026 – Aug 10, 2026
The Usage & Billing page shows:
- 300 / 300 credits available
- No current credit usage
- Free plan active
However, the team still shows the banner:
“This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused.”
Additional details:
- All sites display “Site not available”
- Trigger Deploy button is disabled
- Production deployments cannot be started
- Projects have not automatically resumed after the billing reset

Could someone please check whether the team is still marked as paused and refresh/re-enable the account?
