Hello Netlify Support,
My team is incorrectly showing:
“hshs030411’s team has run out of credits.
Production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
However, my Usage & billing page shows:
29.9 / 30 credits remaining
Granted July 14, 2026
Expires August 13, 2026
Every production deploy fails with HTTP 403:
“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
This appears to be a stale or incorrect credit-usage block.
Please check my team and clear the stuck credit block.
