Account suspended What to do

Hi guys,
I was uploading my site in to netlify and gor a 404 error and got logged out then i tried to log back in and i saw a screen that im suspended.
I’m a pro user, and i would be happy to verify my identity but i didn’t get that email too.
what to do?
