My Account filipssant@gmail.com was suspended and as soon as I create another then it just got suspended and I dont know what to do, every account that i try to create it keeps appearing that its suspended. Yes i’m trying to verify my id but i’m receiving this message.
“We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”
i will pay the premium account 19$ but i need to login to do this

My id is valid according to the link u have sent.
But it still says the same problem.
Now I cannot connect to netlify
Please can anyone send me the link again, the link I got in my mail isn’t navigating to where I will need to upload an ID.

where can i submit this? when i try to click on verify button i got:

We can issue an new link if that helps but if it’s stating that your ID can’t be verified can you confirm you are using acceptable documentation?
