Why is the support so slow in responding to us? 10 days and no answers

It has been 10 days since I submitted a ticket to resolve an issue with a site on another domain, and we just need to connect a subdomain. We are in touch with the other team that has access to the root domain, which is also using Netlify. But the support is basically dead; no one is answering us.

Yes I have the same issue here, 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get them to set up a wildcard subdomain, I wonder if they have some troubles

Same problem here, I lost a job interview due to this problem.

One of the rare answers I got, I was told that they had issues with their ticketing system.

same there ticket support is slow there mail system is slow, i open a ticket and after 14 days i got a reply that was automated as well, i have replied them back but yet again no response it might take another 14 days for next reply…

It has been days and I still have received absolutely zero response from the Netlify team. Meanwhile, my business remains completely paralyzed and my Google Workspace email is dead because of a bug in your system.

I have been tracking the forum and there are multiple other users reporting the exact same glitch with the “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration” error message this week. This is clearly a widespread platform issue, not an isolated incident.

Why is support ignoring a critical billing bug that is putting our years-old domains at risk of being lost? Can an Admin please escalate this immediately? We need a solution ASAP
