Domain purchased through Netlify disappeared after renewal issue – no response from support for 5 days

Hello,

I am looking for urgent help regarding my domain caminpulse.com.

The domain was purchased directly through Netlify approximately one year ago and has been working correctly until recently.

A few days ago, the domain stopped working. While investigating, I contacted Name.com, and they informed me that the domain is managed through a third-party provider (Netlify) and that I need to contact Netlify for assistance.

The main issue is that:

  • The domain no longer works.
  • I cannot find the domain in my Netlify account.
  • I opened a support ticket 5 days ago but have not received any response.
  • I am concerned that a renewal or payment issue may have occurred.

I would like help understanding:

  • Whether the domain has expired.
  • Whether a renewal payment failed.
  • Why the domain is no longer visible in my Netlify account.
  • How I can recover ownership and reactivate the domain.

I have already contacted Name.com and they redirected me back to Netlify because Netlify is managing the domain.

Any help from the Netlify team would be greatly appreciated as this domain is critical for my business.

I am experiencing the exact same critical issue with my domain cesargamboasanabria.com, which expired on June 6. I am also stuck with the error “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration”.

Because of this platform bug, my Google Workspace email is completely dead and my business is halted. I already contacted Name.com (Netlify’s domain partner), and they officially confirmed that Netlify is the only one who can fix this or initiate an internal transfer, but support here is completely silent.

We need a Netlify Admin to address this bug immediately. It is unacceptable that we are at risk of losing our years-old domains due to a glitch in Netlify’s billing dashboard. Tagging support here hoping someone wakes up

Did support fix your problem? They don’t reply my post yet, i’ts been one week now.
