I am writing this with deep frustration. My domain cesargamboasanabria.com (registered through Netlify 7 years ago) expired on June 6. Your dashboard is glitching and blocking my renewal with the error: “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration.”
Because of this system flaw, my connected Google Workspace email is completely down. I am losing clients and cannot receive external support emails.
I contacted Name.com directly to pay them, and their support explicitly stated that Netlify holds the main account and MUST initiate the resolution. They directed me to this internal protocol: Internal transfer between name.com accounts - Name.com Knowledge Base
There are multiple users in this forum reporting the exact same error this week, and Netlify support is completely ignoring us. I need an Admin to look into this TODAY. Either process my renewal payment manually or provide the Name.com Account Code so I can move my domain away from Netlify and save it before it goes into redemption status.
Please resolve this immediately.
