Hi Netlify team and community,
My domain, saint-gabriel-queens.org, expired and I’m within the 30-day renewal window. My site has been down this entire time and I have not been able to get this resolved through support.
I want to be honest about where things stand: this has taken far too long. My site being down is causing real harm, and I’ve gotten nowhere through the standard channels. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be transferring this domain to another registrar as soon as the window allows it.
Is anyone else running into this same wall with expired domain renewals? Curious how long others have been waiting and whether anyone’s actually gotten a response.
Could a staff member or admin please help expedite this? Happy to provide any account details needed.
