Issue: Unable to renew my expired domain, still not receiving any reply from Netlify
Domain: sunshineheart.com.tw
My domain sunshineheart.com.tw is currently in pendingDelete status. I have an open support ticket (#1040261). On May 25 I replied to the ticket confirming I accept the $22.99 renewal fee and updated my credit card information — but I have not received any response from support since then.
The 30-day manual renewal window closes around June 19, so there’s still time, but I’m worried because:
- The Auto-Renew button on the Netlify dashboard returns the error above, even though the deadline is still weeks away — not within 24 hours.
- Support has not replied or processed the renewal despite my confirmation.
My questions:
- Is the “within 24 hours” error a known UI issue when a domain is in
pendingDeletestatus? - Is there anything I can do on my end to unblock this while waiting for support?
- Is there a faster/escalation channel I should use given the June 19 deadline?
