We have been experiencing outages almost on a daily basis recently.
Short outages that return to normal after a couple of minutes.
But a customer that reaches our site does not care that it’s a short incident. It’s awful for our reputation as a reliable service.
We are on a business plan. And I Just noticed that the business plan has no guaranteed SLA.
What does this mean?
That business plan has no SLA guarantee at all ? do we need to expect incidents on a weekly / daily basis?
Also, even though our site was down. There was no incident report on netlify status page.
If this will continue we won’t be able to stay on your platform. This is unfortunate since I really like some of your features. But reliability is a must… we can’t compromise on that.
