We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account. [another one]

Hi! After I’ve created a new account to host my client website I’ve received an email to verify my account; for some reason it failed, and now I’m stucked and can’t verify my account.

I get those results and can’t move forward; plus, every time I try to resend an activation email no email arrives to my inbox email. How can I solve it?
