Unexpected account suspension for non-payment

We’re a non-profit student organization at Manipal University Jaipur. We have been running our website on Netlify since 3 years. For most part, our website has been in maintenance mode, we don’t modify or update it very often.

Our website went down a few days ago and when we logged into Netlify, it was telling us that it was suspended for non-payment.

I can add a credit card to solve this but before that I’d like to know what we are being charged for… and the billing page is completely blank.

I’m pretty sure we’ve not intentionally used any paid team features, that’s why I’m interested in knowing what we have accrued a bill for before we pay or are automatically charged for.

Is there any way support can help us get more detail on the dues?

Make sure to use the email address for the Netlify account and fill out the other details.
