Unexpected 466.6 Credit AI Inference Usage — Request to Trace Aug 21 Activity - No response yet

Hello Netlify Support,

need update on my request #1109601. submitted on Sep 09

My team XzeeDone recorded a single, unusually large AI inference usage event on August 21, 2026:

Model: gpt-5.6-sol
Tokens: 2,218,213
Credit usage: 466.6 credits

I am trying to determine exactly what initiated this usage, as it consumed almost half of our 1,000-credit monthly allowance.

I have already checked the Agent Runs for my projects:

The production XZeeDOne project’s visible Agent Runs are dated August 22, not August 21.
The xzeedone-qa project shows no Agent Runs.
I also do not see a production deployment on August 21.

Could you please trace this specific AI inference usage and provide, if available:

The project/site name and site ID that generated it.
The Netlify feature responsible — Agent Runner, AI Gateway, or another service.
The exact timestamp of the activity.
The associated request ID, session ID, or Agent Run ID.
The team member/account that initiated it, if applicable.
Whether the 2,218,213 tokens represent a single model request or aggregated model activity within one agent/session.
If possible, what action/task initiated the activity, or where I can find the corresponding logs.

The downloadable AI usage CSV only contains the model, token count, and credit usage, so I am unable to trace the activity further from the dashboard. The Netlify Usage dashboard shows this as 1 AI inference request on August 21, with model gpt-5.6-sol, 2,218,213 tokens, and 466.6 credits consumed.

I would also appreciate guidance on how to disable or place a hard limit on AI inference usage so an unexpected AI operation cannot consume a large portion of our monthly credits again.

Thank you.
