AI Agent consumed credits but run was cancelled with Out Of Credits

Hello Netlify Support,

I need help regarding my AI credits.

My project name is ojolali-indonesian.

I purchased 1,000 AI credits. My billing page shows that I still have about 133 AI credits remaining, but my Agent Runner says “Low on credits – 22 credits remaining” and my latest AI task was cancelled with “Out Of Credits”.

The task ran for about 23 minutes, then it was cancelled. During that time it consumed many credits, but no preview changes were created.

Could you please investigate:

  1. Why are my remaining credits different between Billing and Agent Runner?
  2. Why did the AI task consume so many credits but get cancelled?
  3. Can the credits used by this cancelled run be reviewed or restored if this was a system issue?

Hi Netlify Team,

My project name is ojolali-indonesian.

My AI Agent run lasted about 23 minutes and 39 seconds before it was cancelled with “Out Of Credits”.

However, my Billing page still showed around 133 AI credits remaining, while Agent Runner showed only 22 credits remaining.

Could you please investigate whether this was a credit accounting issue and whether the credits used by this cancelled run can be restored?
