Hello Netlify Support Team,
My Free team, Branduwu, has been paused after exceeding its credit limit.
AI Features have been disabled for a long time, yet my billing dashboard reports:
- 296.24 AI inference credits.
- 1.8 million tokens using gpt-5.6-sol.
- No Agent Runner activity recorded in the current billing period.
- A discrepancy between the billing overview and usage history.
I previously used Netlify for regular website hosting without these problems. I do not want to use Netlify’s AI features or upgrade to a paid plan.
Could a Netlify staff member please investigate the exact origin and timestamp of the AI usage, verify when AI Features were disabled, review the credit discrepancy, and determine whether my credits and projects can be restored?
