Unable to Access Netlify Account with Authentication App - 401 Error

Hello Netlify Support,

I am currently unable to access my account due to problems with the two-factor authentication (2FA) process and don’t know why the site is not available, kindly help to troubleshoot this ethng.io

I have enabled two-factor authentication on my account, and up until recently, I was successfully accessing my account using the authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator)
When I try to log in, the authentication app prompts me for a code, but upon entering the code, I am presented with an “Access Denied” error message with a status code of 401.

To troubleshoot the issue, I attempted to use the recovery codes that were provided when I initially set up 2FA. However, even after entering the recovery code, I am still facing the same “Access Denied” issue.

I have taken the following steps to resolve the problem but without success:

Ensured the date and time on my device are accurate, as an incorrect time setting can cause authentication failures.
Double-checked that I am using the correct recovery codes and have tried multiple recovery codes as well.
Confirmed that my authentication app is up to date and functioning correctly.
Despite these efforts, I am still unable to regain access to my Netlify account.

My account details: ethng.io

Netlify Account ID: info@ethng.io

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently as my Netlify account contains critical data related to my projects and emails, we are unable to receive emails since 3 days.

Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take or if there is any further information needed from my end to resolve this issue promptly.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
