Hi netlify team, PLEASE help me with this, Team Xenogang , My site is xenonnel.com and says:
“Site not available
This site was paused as it reached its usage limits. Please contact the site owner for more information.”
The problem is that I have already paid for my plan and even purchased additional credits TWICE, but I am still getting the same error.
In Netlify, the payments show as completed, but I am still seeing these messages:
“Payment for your team (xenogang) is overdue
Provide a valid credit card to make sure your service isn’t interrupted.”
And:
“This team has exceeded the credit limit.
All projects and deploys have been paused to prevent overages. Your projects and deploys will be restored next billing cycle or you may purchase additional credits to restore immediate access.”
As far as I can see, everything has already been paid. You should be able to verify this through the payments I have made.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and restore my site and deployments? I have already made the required payments and purchased additional credits, but the system still appears to be treating my account as overdue and over the credit limit.
