Hello Netlify Team,
My team (kanodia722) exceeded the free plan credit limit, so my project was paused.
Today, my new billing cycle started and my account now shows 300/300 credits remaining. However, the banner still says “This team has exceeded the credit limit” and my project is still paused.
When I try to enable or resume the project, I get the error:
“Can’t process the request. Contact the support team.”

I have already tried:
• Logging out and back in
• Using Incognito mode
• Waiting after the billing cycle reset
Could someone please check my account and remove the paused state? It appears the credits have reset but the team/project has not been restored.
