Hi Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is still paused even though the new billing cycle has already started and my credits have fully reset.

Plan: Free
Current billing period: Sep 21 – Oct 20, 2026
Credits available: 300
Affected project: studywithzayne
The Usage & Billing page shows the new billing period and 300 available credits, but the dashboard still shows: “This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused.”
According to the documentation, projects should automatically resume at the start of the new billing cycle. This appears similar to the recent stale credit / paused-state issue reported by other Free plan users.
Could you please check the team-level credit flag and re-enable the project if it is stuck?
