Hello Netlify Support,
My Netlify project remains paused even though additional credits have been added to my team.

The team initially exceeded the 1,000 monthly credit limit:

Credits consumed: 1,035.1

Available credits: 0
I then received an additional 500 credits on August 9, 2026. The billing page now shows:

500 / 500 credits remaining

No expiration
-
Granted August 9, 2026
However, the project is still paused.
When I go to:
Project Configuration → General → Danger Zone → Project Availability
and click Enable project, I receive this error:
“Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.”
The project is connected to GitHub:
smtturko-star/turkoglu-teklif-programi
Please check the team’s credit status and manually restore/unpause the project if necessary.
We have already added credits, but the project cannot be enabled from the Netlify dashboard.
