Hello Netlify Support,
My team’s billing cycle has reset from August 2 to September 1, and the dashboard now shows 300/300 credits available. However, the TATVIQ team still displays the warning “This team has exceeded its credit usage.”
Every project owned by the team remains disabled, and selecting Enable project produces the message:
“Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.”

The issue affects every project in the TATVIQ team, so this appears to be a stale team-level credit suspension rather than a project-specific issue.
Please clear the outdated credit-usage restriction and restore the TATVIQ team and its projects.
I have attached screenshots showing the restored 300-credit balance, the new billing period, and the message preventing the projects from being enabled.
