Projects and deploys remain blocked after billing period reset

My previous billing period was May 2 to June 1. The credits were already reset and I can see my credits were refreshed, but my projects and deploys are still blocked with the message “This team has exceeded the credit limit” from the last billing period.

I would like to ask for my team to be manually unblocked.
