Hello,
My team exceeded the monthly credit limit during the previous billing cycle. The billing cycle renewed on June 6 and my account now shows 300 available credits again, with current usage at 0 credits.
However:
- The banner “This team has exceeded the credit limit” is still displayed.
- My project remains paused.
- The site is unavailable (“Site is not available”).
- I have already tried triggering a new production deploy and pushing a fresh commit, with no change.
It looks like the team pause status is stuck and did not lift automatically when the new billing cycle started.
