Hi, my team rodrigomeirelles-design (project: rmjcred) is on the Free plan and our site has been paused due to exceeded credit limit / has run out of credits.
I have seen multiple recent forum reports from June 2-6, 2026 of free-plan credits not renewing properly at the start of the new billing cycle, with sites remaining stuck in a paused state even after the reset (for example: Free plan credits not renewed on June 5th - site paused, and Project still paused after billing cycle renewal).
Could you please check whether our account/team is affected by the same issue, and help restore/unpause our project once the new billing cycle starts? Happy to provide any additional account details needed.
