Hi Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is still showing “This team has exceeded the credit limit” and my production site remains paused, even though my Free-plan credits have renewed.
My Credits page currently shows:
- 300 / 300 credits remaining
- Free plan credits granted September 24, 2026
- Credits expire October 24, 2026
- No credit usage for the current period
However, the team still displays the previous credit-limit warning and the production project remains marked “Project has been paused.”

Could you please check whether a stale credit-exceeded flag is still applied to the team and reset it so the production site can be restored?
