Hi Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is stuck in a paused state even though my credits have fully reset for the new billing cycle. This matches the known stale credit-flag bug several other Free plan teams are reporting today.
- Team: inovacaolean’s team
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Current billing period: Sep 15 – Oct 14, 2026
- Usage & billing shows 300/300 credits available, but the dashboard banner still says the team has exceeded the credit limit and all projects remain paused
- Affected project: horizonte-solucao (horizontesolucao.com.br)
Could you please check for a stale credit/billing flag on my team and reset it so my project is restored? Thank you.
