Hi Netlify Support Team,
My project (ayeshagroup) under the team ayeshatradera22’s team was paused during the previous cycle because we exceeded the 300 credit limit.
My billing cycle officially reset yesterday on June 2, and my usage dashboard is clear. However, my project is still stuck in the “Project has been paused” state, and the site is offline. Because this is a Netlify Drop deployment, I don’t have a manual redeploy button to clear the cache.
Could an administrator please manually refresh or unpause my team account status from the backend?
