Support request not triggering ticket

Hi,

Ive use the email request form twice now over 2 days to send the same support request. It shows (the usual) screen:

Normally after this, in about 5 mins, I would get the first automated mail with ticket number. However it seems not to be happening for me anymore. Could you please check. Thanks.

Sorry, this was indeed an issue but has been fixed. You can try submitting another ticket.

Ah TY for letting me know. I did manage to proceed by directly mailing support.
