Open Source Application closed

Greetings,

I’ve requested an Open Source Account via the formular, but after submitting, I got an email from “Netlify Support” stating that I can’t use the email support as a free tier and that the ticket gets closed automatically.

That does not really sound like intended behavior, that’s why I am asking what I should do next. Should I just wait and ignore that message, or should I request an OS Account somewhere else?

Do you mind sharing the ticket ID that you’d have got in your email? I don’t see it anywhere in your screenshot.
