No response from helpdesk. Help, please

Hi there,

I’m trying to solve a problem. My prod system is down because of a 10s timeout on Netlify function, and I would like this increased to 26s. I’ve raised two tickets that were referred to the helpdesk and closed.

But it’s been two days and I’ve had no contact. I tried emailing, chatting to the AI, but all it says is to raise a support ticket or create a topic here, which I’ve done.

But my tickets keep being closed with the explanation that the matter has been referred to the helpdesk and that I’ll hear back soon. But it’s been two days, and I’ve had no response from the helpdesk team.

Would you please increase my serverless function timeout from 10s to the maximum. I’m on the Pro plan. My domain is realizd-ai.netlify.app.

Is someone able to assist me, please?

Hi, @realizd-ai. There were three support tickets opened over the weekend. Ticket # 356642 got a reply on Saturday 32 minute after it was created. Ticket # 356730 was merged into ticket # 356707 on Sunday and both received a reply in less than 12 hours after they were created.

The function timeout increase was completed on Saturday.

We recommend you contact the technical support for your email service to find what happened to the emails we sent to you regarding those three support tickets above.
