Problem with sending support request from your form @

I filled the form on the Support page and when I clicked “SEND” it gave me an error message stating: " Your request has not been sent.

The email address you provided isn’t associated with a Netlify account. You can look up the email address associated with your Netlify account if you have one, or head over to the Netlify Support Forums where you’ll find answers from Netlify support engineers and the wider community.

When I click that link it shows my address is “” and when I copy and paste from that link an click send again it again gives me the same error message.
