Subject: Domain already managed by Netlify DNS on another team – TXT Verification Added

Hi Netlify Support,

I am trying to add a custom domain to my new Netlify account, but I am hitting a hard block with the following error: rudrakshaayurvedaskinhair.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

The previous team account has been completely deleted to free up the domain, but your central database is still caching the old configuration and blocking the domain from being added here.

To prove ownership, we have updated the domain’s settings in GoDaddy:

  1. The nameservers have been switched completely back to the GoDaddy defaults to break the old connection.

  2. We have successfully added a custom TXT verification record with the host name verified-for-netlify and the client’s registered GoDaddy email address (rudrakshashkinhairayu@gmail.com) as the value.

Please scan the live DNS to verify this record and manually purge this domain from your master database so that I can link it to my project on this new account.
