Subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS

I’ve already deleted the associated team or account, but when I try to use my custom domain, it still won’t let me proceed.

Error: “iamdhrutipatel.tech” or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

This has become quite a frustrating task.

@iamdhrutipatel Did you remove the domain from the other account prior to deletion?

In any case, you can use the following instructions:

Once you’ve added the appropriate TXT record to your DNS, then post here again.

Netlify’s team can then remove the domain from whatever account it may be in.

I have deleted that account and, I don’t have access to it, but, I’ve added record “verified-for-netlify” in my domain provider.

Plus, can you delete the associated email or account as well?

I cannot do anything, as I don’t work for Netlify.

Netlify’s team will assist you though.

The domain has been removed from the other account.
