I am trying to use my company’s website, previously managed by a former team member, on my Netlify account.
Specifically, I want to connect the site jade-medovik-4f03c8.netlify.app to the domains link.ssobig.com and ssobig.com. However, I am receiving the following message:
“ssobig.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The former employee’s Netlify account has been removed from the team, and the domain has also been disconnected from that account. Yet, I am still seeing this message when attempting to add the domain.
Could you please guide me on how to verify my domain and resolve this issue so I can successfully connect it to my Netlify account?

Please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.

If you have some idea of who might be using the domain (maybe a previous collaborator or an agency you’ve worked with in the past?), the quickest way to get this resolved is for you to contact that person directly and ask them to remove the domain from their account here:

i asked my past co-worker to do that, and he did it. but, it’s still saying same message, so that i am verifying domain ownership process by using this post !
